We have been in quarantine for nearly a year now. This is a time that teenagers and young adults should be extroverted, out in the world putting good use to all that yang energy. In this class we practice and learn new skills to control our anxiety.
My intent for this class is to introduce some new concepts, and to all motivate each other.
Lets get together on zoom and share our coping mechanisms and resources!

Hi, I’m Rachael. I am a Licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, and entrepreneur in Boulder, CO. I am passionate about mental and physical health, as well as healthy balance. I’ve had many interests over the years. Now I’m wanting to share this information with you.
I have a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine, a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communication, and I am currently a trained councilor with the crisis text line.
